PT 11 and PT 12 - Requirements for proof of efficacy

The draft of the Guidance on the Biocidal Products Regulation, available since the beginning of the year in the now 6th version, includes for the first time concrete requirements for the testing of protective agents for liquids in cooling and process systems (PT 11) as well as slimicides (PT 12). The required methods, such as ASTM E645 or E1839, have been established in our laboratory for years, enabling us to implement the tests at short notice.
